01.
Surface Cleaning & Layout
Clear dust, oil and loose material and keep the surface dry, then snap reference lines to fix the marking position.
02.
Primer Application
Brush the primer (undercoat) evenly along the marked position and wait until it is completely dry.
03.
Heat & Melt
Charge the powder into the preheater kettle and heat to 180–220 °C, stirring until fully molten.
04.
Load the Applicator
Pour the molten coating into the hopper of the road marking machine.
05.
Mark & Drop Beads
Apply steadily along the reference line while dropping reflective glass beads at the same time.
06.
Cool & Open to Traffic
Let the line cool and harden naturally, then reopen to vehicles and pedestrians.
