Heat to 180–220 °C in the preheater kettle with continuous stirring for a uniform, stable melt.

Profile Machine Application
A dedicated convex marking machine forms the raised profile in one pass while dropping reflective beads.

Cool & Open to Traffic
Natural cooling for 3–5 minutes — the line sets completely and opens to traffic.
